Изменить первичный ключ для пользователей в удостоверении ASP.NET

Чтобы получить первичный ключ int, я следовал этой статье: https://www.asp.net/identity/overview/extensibility/change-primary-key-for-users-in-aspnet-identity

Он компилируется, но при запуске выдает следующее сообщение об ошибке:
