Java для smslib: ошибка сборки для отправки сообщения с использованием smslib

Прошли годы с тех пор, как я в последний раз использовал JavaCOM, но вот тестовое приложение ListPorts. Посмотрите, видите ли вы какие-либо устройства в виртуальных COM-портах. Мои приложения для отправки и получения SMS использовали выпуск smslib-3.4.0.jar с библиотеками rxtx.

Я всегда использовал файлы RXTX .jar+.dll/.so в Linux и Windows. Обнаружено, что некоторые устройства+операционные системы не работают должным образом со стандартной библиотекой DLL JavaCOM.
