Android: показывать панель уведомлений при загрузке приложения

Я хочу показать панель уведомлений, когда приложение загружается в Android. Я хочу, чтобы панель была такой же, как та, которая показывалась при загрузке приложения из маркета. любая помощь, пожалуйста?
